January birthday

The first birthday of the year goes to - Rebecca

Grade 10

Mercy started in grade 10 at Chingola High School this week. Pray that she will settle down and make good new friends.

Grade 9 success!

Today, Mercy received her grade 9 results - she has passed with a full certificate.

First day at school

On Wednesday our two youngest girls, Mapalo and Edina, started grade 1 at Chingola Primary School.

The other grades moved up one, Nicholas started in grade 3 and the the grade 8's started at Chingola Secondary School on Monday.

Happy New Year 2014!

This morning we all went to Bethel to celebrate the new year.

What we heard at church this morning, by Bartholomew:
The encouragement was about thanking God for what he has done for the year that has passed. We thank him for saving us and that he was with us.
For the new year we were encouraged to obey the elders, to respect them and to do what the Lord tells us and that God may be in control of our life.
