Thank God we reached GLO safely without any problems. We had
a warm welcome and registered. We were put in groups named with different translations
of ‘Seek’ from various languages of Zambia.
Each morning at 05hrs there was rise and shine which was
kind of tough for those being late [to bed] than doing the right thing. Food
was very nicely prepared although there were complaints about not being
satisfied.
Each devotion was nicely shared by preachers and the
following are things each of us learnt individually:
‘Seek ye first’ means that it is a deep desire to know God
more. ~ Matthews W
Materialism is the accumulation of material things in the
world which we actually don’t need but because of selfishness, greed and
boastfulness we desire them. ~ Matthews N
How to seek God’s kingdom by trusting in him and to serve
him and he asks us questions like ‘why is the Bible important to me?’ ~ Paul
When I seek God’s kingdom first, everything I want or need
will be added unto me and also I am worth of it through Christ Jesus. ~ Elvis
On Friday was the talent and drama day which we enjoyed the
most.
Thank you very much for allowing us to go for GLO Camp, we
really appreciate and hope you will also allow us this. God Bless You!
