March birthdays

Yesterday we celebrated the birthdays of Peter, one of the older boys and Kaluba the youngest. There were also the birthdays of mayo Annet and mayo Marjorie and Uncle Phil.

New clothes

We are grateful to those that send us good quality clothes for the children. These are sometimes given for presents and on a regular basis as old clothes wear out and become too small. Last Saturday was one such occasion when old clothes were gathered in and new ones given out by Aunty Deborah. Mayo Annet took some photographs outside on the grass at Ipusukilo.

Special sports

Last week, Judie and some of her friends from her special needs (deaf and dumb) class were selected to represent Chingola Primary School at the district special need sports competition in Ndola. This was held at the new Levy Mwanawasa sports stadium and they were hosted by the Ndola Primary School. Judie did very well winning some of her running races.
