Bananas!

A few years ago we planted some banana suckers. After waiting patiently through the rains, we watched a big bunch growing on one of the plants. This bunch got so big that it had to be propped up and it eventually broke with the bananas still green. It was moved to the hostel and must have weighed over 30kg. Over AWANA camp weekend, they all ripened at the same time!
